Dr. Hoover teaches in the MA in Organizational Leadership program. Her classes are offered at the graduate and undergraduate levels, in on campus blended, intensive, and online formats. Her research interests include applied ethics, diversity and inclusion, and service learning. She has published articles in journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Personnel Review, and the Organization Development Journal. She has also presented her research at the International Leadership Association (ILA) and the Annual Colleagues in Jesuit Business Education (CJBE) conferences. She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a trainer for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her leadership roles include being the former Chair of the Washington State Legislative Ethics Board and the current Director of the Gonzaga Institute for Hate Studies.
