Ethical leadership as a style of organizational leadership is not an intrinsic good. If ethical leadership does not promote organizational success it will not be a desired in and of itself. Ethical leadership is vital in specifying the direction that allows organizations to fulfill its mission and attain organizational success. Studies have been conducted drawing the correlation between ethical leadership and employees job satisfaction, employee commitment, and employee citizenship. This research proposal will investigate the necessity of ethical leadership for organizational success through employee job satisfaction. This investigative study is needed to emphasize the essence of ethical leadership irrespective of the barrage of unethical behaviors that constantly greet the corporate world.
